How did your business start?
I LOVE to bake, and I believe God has given me a talent for it... as a professional baker, when I found out I had to go gluten free, I was devastated- I thought it meant I could no longer bake, or ever have anything delicious again! Clearly, that’s not true (less so these days, as there are way more GF options available). I’ve spent the past 10 years learning the art (and science!) of gluten free baking. I’ve been making delicious things for my family and friends for years now, and I felt that it was finally time to share that with the world!
What do you find to be the most rewarding part about your work?
Seeing the happiness a “simple” thing like a cookie, can bring to others!
What is the most popular item that you sell?
It’s close, between the chocolate chip and Koulourakia, but the Koulourakia cookie is the best seller!
A classic among Greeks, these are enjoyed by people of all ethnicities, and others, babies to adults, and both GF and non-GF people alike!
Do you have your own personal favorite?
That’s difficult... like asking me to choose a favorite child! Lol.
What are 5 things you just can't live without?
My family’s support, Butter (kidding not kidding), chocolate, and coffee. Did I mention coffee?
